the server is up but when i log in 3 seconds later it goes to somewhere and says this. is it to do with the server or me?

you should upgrade your minecraft to 1.4. That should work.
The same thing happened to me. I saw that the server updated to 1.4 so i updated. When i updated i tried to join the server and 2 seconds later after i joined it said: “Minecraft has crashed!!”
my bad. Our host hasn’t updated their server yet to 1.4. It was a vanilla, not bukkit. So we need to hold tight to 1.4 comes out.
If you are 1.3, you can go on the server.

I tried to go on the server numerous times today. I was successful in logging on to the server, But when i got on i couldn’t do ANYTHING. I couldn’t chat, break any blocks, nothing. Is this happening to everyone? Is this just a small bug?
